Hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Irvine, CA

Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually depending on experience

100% Onsite Monday thru Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Must have experience working within the raw ingredients, nutraceutical, food & beverage, or wellness industries.
• Proficient utilizing CRM systems.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Order processing, tracking, and product knowledge.
• Experience in B2B sales.
